Bathroom ventilation systems

Now combine your lighting and ventilation into one discreet ceiling fitting. The sleek, low profile design allows you to combine the Solatube®160 DS Daylighting System with a powerful, in-line patented twin blade fan system to light and ventilate through the one fixing.

The fan is located in the attic space above the room, connect via acoustic ducting, making it virtually silent in the room below. Ideal for en-suites, bathrooms, shower rooms and WCs, and may also be combined with the optional electric light kit for a neat 3-in-1 ceiling fixture.

Note: the images show the ventilation kit with the optional OptiView ® diffuser – it is also available with the standard Vusion™ diffuser.

  • Complies with Building Regulations on Ventilation (F1 2006), rated to IP44 and tested to comply with EN60 335-2-80:1997 and EN60 335-1: 1994+A1, A11 to A14
  • CE approved
  • In-line fan motor may be positioned up to 2 metres from the ceiling vent with ducting provided
  • High performance motor extracts up to 52 litres per second
  • 5 year electrical component warrant
  • Supplied with pull switch and wall exit vent


Roof Vent Kit

This universal kit allows you take the waste air from the Solatube bathroom ventilation kit through virtually any roof type.

Pull-cord Timer Switch

Allows for the fan to be operated for a pre-set period and prevents unneccessary energy wastage.

 

Push-button Timer Switch

The push-button version of the pull-cord timer it is zone 3 safe and can be located either inside or outside of the bathroom.

 

PIR Timer / Sensor

Ideally suited for public areas this PIR unit will activate the fan as the room is entered and run the unit fo a pre-set time after the room is vacated.

 

Electrical wiring should be undertaken only by a qualified person
