Solatube^® Daylighting Systems extension tubes are available in 610mm (2ft) lengths. They telescope together to give you the required tube length to meet your install distance requirement – the distance between the roof and ceiling. The chart below shows the number of tubes you will require over a given install distance.

The 99.7% reflective Spectralight^® Infinity material used in Solatube^® Daylighting Systems extension tubes means that very effective light delivery is possible with tube lengths of up to 6 metres for the Solatube^® 160 DS Daylighting System and 9 metres for the Solatube^® 290 DS Daylighting System. The 330 DS is recommended for distances of up to 15m.
